Chrysanthemum leucanthemum L

Description: Oxeye daisies are perennials. Plants grow from 10 to 24 inches tall, often in bunches. Leaves are larger on the bottom of the plant than the top, with lower leaves crenate and upper leaves toothed. The flower heads have white ray and yellow disk flowers. Oxeye daisy is a Eurasian native that has escaped from cultivation.

Control: Perennial plants require depletion of nutrient reserves in the root system, prevention of seed production and prevention of dispersal.
