Spergula arvensis L.

Description: Corn spurry is an annual plant producing several branched stems 0.5 to 2 feet long. Leaves are narrow and appear to form a whorled pattern at nodes. Flowers are small and white with 5 petals and 5 sepals.

Control: Annual plants require prevention of seed production and prevention of dispersal.
